The use of all PARE MARE offers by PARE MARE subscribers (persons who have a valid Membership obtained via the PARE MARE mobile application (App)), are subject to these Rules of Use and any terms of use included on the offers. Users and Merchants should read these rules carefully prior to using any offer and any product.
FOR SUBSCRIBERS
- To be able to avail the discounts, one must download the app from the App Store or Google Play store and subscribe to any of the packages (monthly, bi-annually, yearly)
- Access to a PARE MARE subscription is available to individuals that register on the App (subscriber) and purchase, as applicable, a subscription via the App – 1 subscription = 1 subscriber
- The Pare Mare discount can be availed any day of the week, at any time during the issuing merchant’s trading hours except for official public holidays and special days including December 24, December 25, December 31, January 1, February 14, and Eid Al Fitr and Eid Al Adha
- The PARE MARE app cannot be in any way shared and should be used only by the subscriber whose picture appears on the profile page of the app
- A minimum spend of 40 dirhams is required before availing any offer
- The subscriber should inform the staff of the use of the app prior to payment or requesting the bill and presenting their mobile device with the chosen offer
- The Pare Mare discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special menu items, or loyalty/rewards programs
- There is no limit to the number of times a subscriber can use an offer as long as they are subscribed to the app
- Take away may be allowed at the discretion of the merchant
- Offers are valid for the duration indicated on the offer (except the Exclusion days).
- Offers may change throughout your membership. We reserve the right to remove and/or amend an offer at any time and cannot be held responsible or liable in any way if an offer is withdrawn or amended from a Membership
- If a merchant or venue refuses to honor an offer, please send an email to info@paremare.com
- Offers are not transferrable to cash. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification of any offer is prohibited. Offers are void if resold or bartered
FOR MERCHANTS
- The staff members should check the validity of the subscription of the guest to the app. Green means they are subscribed and can redeem an offer. They should also check the identity of the subscriber against the image on the app as the subscription cannot be shared.
- Please be mindful of the exclusion days and a discount should be availed any day of the week, at any time during the issuing merchant’s trading hours except for official public holidays and special days including December 24, December 25, December 31, January 1, February 14 and Eid Al Fitr and Eid Al Adha
- The discount should be clearly explained by the team members to the guests
- Once the guest presents the phone showing that they are subscribed, the merchant has to enter their P.I.N. and the offer will be redeemed and the discount should reflect in the bill
- If for any reason the merchant wants to withdraw the listing/offer in the app, the Pare Mare team should be informed 1 month in advance by sending an email to info@paremare.com

- Terms & Conditions may vary with a number of activities, services, and retail partners so please refer to the individual merchant/outlet for confirmation of minimum/maximum number of people, age restrictions, safety guidelines, and other conditions
